Brother of Mikhail Vexler.
Abrahm has studied at the Art School in Vitebsk under Yu.Pen (1921-1922), and at the VKhUTEMAS (High Artistic Technical Workshops), in Leningrad (1922-1925).
He was a member of the UNOVIS group since the beginning of 1920s.
Later Vexler has worked as a cinematography artist.
